"You don't have to know everything... We have these things in our mind that make us think 'I have to know this to experience this' -- no you don't. . . Just go. Because otherwise, you can't be a business owner, you can't be this and you can't be that if you're allowing yourself, like that in between these two ears, that talk that happens. That 'oh I don't know about coffee.' I'll be the first one to admit I don't know everything about coffee. I sell it every day, but that doesn't mean I know everything about it. The fact that I'm able to openly say 'I don't know everything' means I'm willing to learn. So that just means there's more growth ahead of me."
