Jennifer Schrader, president and COO of Caliber, talks about Operation Sleep Safe which her real estate development firm started on April 1st and will run through the end of May. Operation Sleep Safe provides free hotel stays to Valley healthcare workers and medical personnel that are on the front lines of the COVID 19 crisis. It's a way to keep their families safe and healthy. There are currently five valley hotels being used for Operation Sleep Safe.
