Angela Hughey co-founded ONE Community in 2008 with a small but mighty staff working to make Arizona a more inclusive state for the LGBTQI+ community. Today, ONE Community is one of the leading voices for LGBTQI+ legislation and initiatives in the state. She joined Arizona Achievers to talk about her leadership journey with the organization, and why it is okay for leaders to step back and let their teams handle matters they do not want to deal with.
