Black Chamber of Arizona President Robin S. Reed and Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce CEO Monica Villalobos, joined on stage to chat about the momentum they are building with the Community Collaborative series and how they hope to increase involvement and impact with the new show. Specifically in how local businesses and organizations approach diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The first action panel of the evening featured Manny Garcia and Chad Forkenbrock from the recently rebranded Arizona Financial Credit Union. They discussed how employee resource groups at AFCU play a vital role in developing new leaders and the ways in which being community-focused has made AFCU a more successful operation.
